The room featured a set of bunk beds, single bed, and a double bed, giving ample space for families. The tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch, providing a cozy spot for a warm drink in the evening.
The room's decor felt dated, lacking modernity with uncomfortable bedding situation, where the only additional pillow was a worn cushion. The cramped bathroom made maneuvering a bit tricky, especially with a shower that had significant limescale build-up affecting its functionality. A small window with limited airflow felt inadequate during warm weather, creating a stuffy ambiance, and despite the charming decor in the restaurant area, breakfast started later than expected.

We had a fantastic view from our room, and the lift was a lifesaver for our luggage. It felt like a home away from home, especially with the quirky entertainment in the evening.

Had a fantastic time here with friends! We explored the Winter Gardens and enjoyed all the thrilling rides at the amusement park. The staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect for our adventures. Can't wait to return for more fun!
Had a rough night dealing with noise from the bar. It was hard to relax with music blaring until late, so a space outside for smokers would help improve the overall experience.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the Pleasure Beach for thrilling rides and enjoyed a spectacular show at the Grand Theatre. The location made it so easy to explore everything. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was really nice, which set us up for our fun-filled days.
The only downside was the noise from the bar below. it was pretty loud at times, making it hard to relax in our room, especially during the evenings.

Great spot for family fun!
We had a fab time! The location was spot on, just a hop to the shopping center and near the Winter Gardens. Breakfast was decent but felt a bit kiddish. The staff were super friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. Only thing was the evening singer was short-lived, wish it was longer!
